本苑展開主座第一期古蹟修復工程 (撮要內容)

本苑定於2023年第4季，開展主座第一期古蹟修復工程。基於這個大型行動能安全、有序進行，
苑方作出以下調整——

本年10月30日起

• 主座大殿封閉，停止對外開放至另行通告；
• 藥師殿、觀音殿等範圍同時停止開放；
• 癸卯年餘下原定本苑舉行之法會移師到東蓮覺苑弘法精舍舉行；
• 金剛會及年度藥師燈維持，共修則在東蓮覺苑弘法精舍舉行。
• 功德辦理處、辦公樓維持正常運作；
• 祖先堂維持開放，以本苑公眾開放時間為準。

苑方會按下一階段工程的需要，將安排本苑道場全面暫停開放，屆時會發佈有關資訊。歡迎追蹤苑方社交媒體，以了解常住不時更新的道場開放政策。

The main building of Tung Lin Kok Yuen has stood for 88 years today, and was declared a statutory monument in Hong Kong in 2017. Tung Lin Kok Yuen is a historically prominent Buddhist institution in Hong Kong. Preserving and maintaining the buildings helps prolong their lifespan, while optimizing facility conditions within the context of monument preservation. In recent years, we has carried out various restoration projects continuously, such as waterproofing repairs and tile repairs of the main building roof, as well as wood window restoration works, all of which have been completed in succession.
Many conservation efforts are urgently needed. Tung Lin Kok Yuen is scheduled to start the Phase I restoration project of the Grand Shrine in Q4 2023. To ensure the large-scale work can be carried out safely and orderly, we have made this adjustments.

Effective from 30th, October, 2023:

·The Grand Shrine will be closed with no access until further notice;

·Precincts including the Medicine Master Shrine and Guan Yin Shrine will also stop opening;

·Remaining service scheduled for this year will be moved to Tung Lin Kok Yuen WFCS(in Tsuen Wan West);

·Annual donation programs will continue with services held at the WFCS;

·The believer service counter and administrative building will maintain normal operations;

·Ancestral Hall will remain open based on public opening hours.

We will arrange for a full closure of these premises based on needs of the next phase of works, and relevant information will be released at that time. Visitors are welcomed to check the our website and follow our social media for updates on access policies.
